- I haven't got a CCLG website account
All members and treatment centre staff are allocated with a username and password but there maybe some of our users, such as nurses, pharmacists and secretaries who will need to register in order to gain access. Click here to retrieve your username and password or register for an account.
- I have activated my CCLG website account but I have not received my confirmation email
Activation emails are automated and should arrive almost immediately. However, some spam filters may block your activation email. If you have a spam folder, check in there, if you cannot find your activation email, contact cclgweb@le.ac.uk.
- I have forgotten my password
Use Forgotten Password Assistant to retrieve your password.
- I have forgotten my username
Your username is made up of your christian name and surname for example 'JohnSmith' (not your email address), this is case sensitive. You can also use the Forgotten Password Assistant, your username will be shown once you have entered your email address. At that stage, there is no need to retrieve your password if you already have it.

- I'm not sure if I have a CCLG website account.
All members and treatment centre staff have been allocated with a username and password but there maybe some of our users, such as nurses, pharmacists and secretaries who will need to register in order to gain access. Click here to retrieve your username and password or register for an account. If you think you may have already registered but have forgotten your username and / or password, use the Forgotten Password Assistant to retrieve your account details.
- I can't log out
The CCLG website uses a security system that locks down the whole members area including all documents in this section. The only way to logout is to close all windows on your internet browser. Using the logout button in this profile section DOES NOT log you out of the members website, unless you have changed your password on this visit.
Contact cclgweb@le.ac.uk with any other website account questions.
